Everything starts with you.  We need you to dig deep and commit to being the best at what you do.  Leave the rest to us. Tell us where you want to go, and we will evaluate your current situation.  We’ll work with you to create a plan to get you there that covers all the bases.  From the athletic programing to nutrition, and cooldowns to recovery. We will monitor your progress everystep of the way, and be there with a gym community overflowing with support and like-minded attitudes.

At Contemporary Athlete, we have your plan covered, that’s what we do.  We specialize in providing training to make you better at your sport. We have decades of science and experience on our side and know how to figure out what you need.  We will  stay with you every step of the way to make sure you stay safe, and on track.


Come in for our Athlete Movement Screening. Then we will go over the results together, and put together a plan, select the best times for you to train, and establish some goals. This way we can guarantee that you get into peak performance, and keep you injury free when you need to be.

I started at CA the fall season of my sophomore year. The work was structured, simple, and *very* effective. I saw more results with this training than anything I tried before.
