What is Semi-Private Personal Training?

Our Semi-private personal training is personal training done in a small group setting with our elite training team coach members. With customized workouts designed specifically to align with your individual goals, fitness level, and limitations, this type of training keeps you motivated and learning in every session!

Semi-Private Personal Training is not a cookie cutter program, boot camp or class. Our team is highly skilled in fitness programming and take a scientific approach to designing every single workout. You’ll experience a high degree of personalized attention to ensure that you’re working at the optimal pace, using the correct form to avoid injuries, and steadily progressing. We strive in every way to provide safe and effective training in a fun and supportive environment!

Personal Training for only $87 per week!

 

We offer UNLIMITED Personal Training for the less than the cost of ONE Personal Training Session at big box gyms.

One personal training session can cost up to $150 per hour plus the cost of your membership.
